So we are all aware our tribal council pays themselves a substantial five figure monthly salary. That has been the norm for at least a decade now. While us (general council) sit back and receive pennies. I’ve always been self sufficient without the tribe but this topic isn’t about that, it’s about equality. We are supposed to be one nation , no member better then the next. So why aren’t we all receiving five figure monthly percapita payments. I’ve stood by and watched, listened and accepted the fact some of our pasted tribal council can do what the want financially and not be held accountable or indicted, all because they claim the best interests are for the betterment of the tribe.

I’m wondering how come when my percap payments got sent to my apartments address in oakhuirst I receive them a week late and when I complain and end up in the hospital for private reasons I come home to some one changing my address saying no one lives there and then when I start having the tribal office hold my checks the checks are never there on the 15th when I show up. Also why such a big secret of when the general welfare checks will be sent out?? Its our money I have bills to pay an would like to not be given the run around and being told we don’t know, every time I ask a simple question about when general welfare will be coming.. Hoping the checks get there early I guess maybe getting my checks direct deposit into a chime account would be better then waiting because everyone with direct deposit already got there checks..
