The Picayune Rancheria of the Chukchansi Indians Tribal Gaming Commission is a regulatory agency, responsible for the protection of tribal assets (money, equipment and services) while still maximizing profit for the membership of the Tribe.
The Picayune Tribal Gaming Commission, under Tribal Law, has the responsibility to regulate all gaming activity conducted on the Picayune Rancheria. In doing so, the Tribal Gaming Commission must submit reports to the National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC) as well as the State of California.
The Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (IGRA), State Compact, Tribal Gaming Ordinance and related regulations are adhered to in all Gaming Commission decisions.

It is the ultimate goal of the Tribal Gaming Commission (“Commission”) to regulate and protect tribal assets and maximize profits for the membership of the Tribe in a responsible, respectable and honorable manner. The Commission will operate with respect and dignity for its members, customers and employees. Commission employees play an important role in promoting goodwill and excellent customer service. Employees are successful when they provide prompt service while performing to the best of their ability.
